Hotels
Recommended hotels
We recommend booking your hotel stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Warsaw, the Boss Hotel Warsaw, or the Arche Hotel Poloneza, from October 3 to 6, 2024.
Transportation
Brothers should purchase their own airline tickets. Please book flights to the Warsaw Chopin Airport, Airport Code: WAW. Brothers will need to make private arrangements for ground transportation from the airport to their respective hotels. Taxis and ride-share services are available at the airport. Most signage is available in English and Polish.
NOTE: During the ITERO, transportation to and from the DoubleTree Hotel and Conference Centre (where the meetings are to be held) will be provided to registered brothers who are staying at the Arche Hotel Poloneza and the Boss Hotel Warsaw.

Languages / Translation
There will be 8 messages given during the training all of which will be spoken in English. There will be translation into Chinese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, and Polish. Some additional languages may also be provided. Those who need translation will need to download an app called “Listen Everywhere”. You can download this app to either an Android phone or an iPhone. After installing the app, you will need to be inside the Universal Ballroom in order to connect with the server. When inside the ballroom, connect to the Wi-fi network “Translation1024”. Open the Listen Everywhere app and then select the desired language.
Saints should bring their own headphones or earbuds and may also want to bring an external battery pack if they will need to charge their phone, as there will be no charging stations available in the ballroom.
If they would prefer, those brothers who need translation may also bring their own FM radio, headset, and extra batteries.
Food
Included meals
Breakfast and dinner are included in the room rate at each hotel. Lunch is provided by Living Stream Ministry on Friday, Saturday, and Lord’s Day for only those brothers who registered for the ITERO. There are no restaurants within walking distance of the hotels. Brothers should plan to eat breakfast before arriving for the first session each day and should return to their hotels for dinner after the conclusion of the group study sessions.
Gluten-free and vegan options
Plated gluten-free and vegan meals will be provided by DoubleTree by Hilton to all who may have such need. Pre-registration is required. If you have such a need, kindly indicate this in your ITERO registration to the Living Stream Ministry.
