Two international airports: Warsaw Chopin Airport (WAW) – main airport, about 10 km from the city centre and Warsaw Modlin Airport (WMI) – located around 40 km north‑west from the city centre. Warsaw is also well connected to other European cities by rail. There are 3 train stations in Warsaw providing international and intercity train services. They are well connected to the public transportation network.

Brothers will need to make private arrangements for ground transportation from the airport to their respective hotels. NOTE: Training hotels do not offer shuttle buses to or from airport.

Taxis and ride-share services are available at the airport and most signage is available in English and Polish. We advise you to use licensed taxi services offered at Warsaw Chopin Airport or hotels. Taxi tariffs should be clearly displayed in the car window.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Warsaw Chopin Airport is served by trains and five public bus routes all with stops at Warsaw’s key transport nodes and the biggest hotels.
NOTE: In the Warsaw agglomeration there are two ticket zones. The journey between the airport and the training hotels and the centre of Warsaw takes place entirely in Zone 1.

Public transport in Warsaw
The public transport network in Warsaw includes buses, trams, subway and SKM trains. In addition – on the basis of a daily or longer ticket – you can travel by KM and WKD trains .
With Warsaw Public Transport (WTP) you can quickly and comfortably travel around the city and get to many cities neighboring with Warsaw. The easiest way to plan your trip is by using the journey planner.
TICKETS
During the first journey the ticket should be validated immediately after boarding the vehicle. When travelling by metro, you should validate the ticket at the entrance gate before entering the platform, or in the validating machine available next to the lift.
The carriage of animals and luggage is free.
WTP vehicles can be used on the basis of time tickets (20-minute, one-time 75-minute, one-time 90-minute, group 75-minute), short-term tickets (daily, 3-day, weekend, group weekend).
Time and short-term tickets (in addition to those bought in ticket machines installed in WTP vehicles) should be validated immediately after entering the vehicle or at the subway gate. Tickets purchased in ticket machines in vehicles are already validated at the time of purchase. Tickets coded on cards must be activated by bringing closer to the validator or subway gate.
WTP tickets can be purchased at ticket machines, selected kiosks and stores, Passenger Service Points and via mobile applications.
